We are often asked about assessing people’s posture, either for sitting at home or work, or for standing and moving. Good postural advice can help with muscle and joint pain.
We can help you understand what postures are good and bad and how to successfully change any postures that may be contributing to your problem. For some people they are too upright and they over work their muscles; for others they need advice on how to hold themselves up more successfully.
