Good foot and ankle function are vital for standing, walking and running activities. All weight bearing activities start with our foot and ankle giving us a solid grounding for moving the rest of our body. For this reason, good quality rehabilitation after sprained or fractured ankles and feet is important for good long- term function.
Feet are both strong and flexible structures that allow us to both absorb load effectively and be strong enough to propel us forward and upwards. When we have pain or stiffness in our feet it can affect how we move.
We can assess where your pain is coming from and devise a plan to get you moving efficiently for the short and long term. We can achieve this by using a combination of hands on treatment, taping and exercises to help get you back on your feet.
